At Aura, we aim to deliver high-quality custom-printed products with care and precision. Every product is printed on demand, just for you.

However, if you receive a defective, misprinted, or damaged item, we’re happy to help you with a replacement or refund under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement only in the following cases:
